This course aims to familiarize the learner with key issues, concepts and practices related to business consulting from the client and consultant perspectives. The course also analyses different types of business models with the aim of encouraging students and illustrating how consultants engage and solve business challenges, identifying opportunities even at turbulent times for business. Students will also acquire hands-on skills useful in different business circumstances.
